Our Catering Menu

Evening bookings after 9pm will be charged an $95.00 fee. To officially book sac tacos, simply email us with the following information or fill out or online booking form:

• DATE
• CONTACT PHONE NUMBER
• GUEST COUNT
• SERVING TIMES
• EVENT ADDRESS
• SERVICE PACKAGES- 1 2 3 OR 4 (CHOOSE ONE)
• TYPE OF EVENT
• INSIDE OR OUTSIDE SERVING
We will return a service agreement with deposit instructions for final review and – signatures. If choosing to pay final balance at the event have balance in a sealed envelope ready for staff at arrival or during the service. Keep in mind, staff has events back to back, and cannot wait around after the event is over to receive payment, this has caused our staff to arrive late to the next event on many occasions so please be considerate. Sac taco’s really appreciates this courtesy.
GUEST COUNTS CAN BE UPDATED UP TO 72-48 HRS BEFORE EVENT – VIA EMAIL – FIRST 10 KIDS UNDER THE AGE 0F 10 ARE FREE FOR STAFFED BOOKINGS ONLY.
ALL left over’s (IF ANY) will be left at the event – unless instructed otherwise – STC provides all containers for the left overs.
Please make sure that the contracted guest count at the event – matches the contracted agreement. Crew does NOT bring extra food or supplies for unexpected guests.
Service agreement time DOES NOT include set up or break down this is strictly on our watch and has nothing to do with your contracted schedule, nor CHARGED. We’re 100% dedicated toward providing your guests with an authentic experience for the Service Time contracted!
A Deposit of 30% (NON-REFUNDABLE) unless SBTC cancels for whatever reason, this will be required to reserve a date for your event.
PLEASE NOTE: Dates are subject to availability, therefore we highly recommend you secure your date as far in advance as possible, as availability can be limited. Please provide a safe, and as easy access as possible (i.e. Parking), for our crew to enter and exit the event so we do not disturb the festivities.
